The Unleash Youth Fellowship pairs young individuals with civil society organisations, enabling them to engage in meaningful community projects. Over 3-6 months, fellows work on initiatives that drive social impact while developing essential leadership skills. Participants benefit from mentorship, structured reflection sessions, and the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments at the culminating Changemaker Summit. This programme empowers youth to discover their purpose and enhance their empathy, creating a generation of proactive changemakers.
